We’re a full week into summer, officially, and we’re feeling it! Corn and peaches are popping up our tables, and I’m still holding out for a perfect summer tomato.
And do you know what else screams summer to me? Dessert. I love dessert year-round, but when fruit cobblers, icebox cakes, and big bowls of ice cream (or towering soft-serve cones covered in sprinkles) end the meal, I’m as happy as could be.
That is why I’m thrilled to announce that our featured author for the Summer 2022 Salt + Spine Cookbook Club is JESSIE SHEEHAN! Get ready to dive into Jessie’s recipes for “easy-peasy … exceptionally scrumptious sweets and treats” and come together to bake with fellow cookbook lovers.
