Here it is: Sue’s extreme directions for making pie. The fine points are all included but you’ll only really master the technique yourself, by finding your way and then repeating the unpleasant task of making and eating pie until it's excellent. These notes are a great starter kit.

Crust Ingredients:

(Makes one double-crusted pie)

  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 ¼ cup bread flour
