Clea Wurster: My first question is really easy, I was wondering if you could tell me about the last meal you cooked for yourself.

Daniel Licht: Somehow I knew this was coming and somehow I still didn't prepare. I made lunch yesterday. I had steamed rice with steamed string beans and garlic, soy sauce, and hummus.

Clea Wurster: The hummus is a wild card there. I was not expecting that.

Daniel Licht: I know, I know me neither, honestly. I was about to eat it and I opened the fridge and realized I had some hummus that was aging. So, it came in and it was a good addition.

Clea Wurster: Very nice. And it sounds like something you did not use a recipe for?

Daniel Licht: Yeah, definitely not.
