Next week, we’re partnering with Berber SF for our first-ever “audio-led dinner,” and we hope to see you there!
What’s an “audio-led dinner,” you ask? (Great question!) This dinner is the latest in Berber’s new Project Foodie series, monthly events that bring in home cooks like yours truly to create a five-course dinner in tandem with their Michelin-recognized culinary team. I’m so honored the Berber team selected me as their June guest chef!
So next Wednesday, June 21, I’ll be preparing and serving a five-course dinner featuring recipes from some cookbooks featured on Salt + Spine. As we serve each course, you’ll hear an excerpt from my conversation with the author—creating a unique and immersive audio dining experience. How cool will it be to hear directly from authors like Nicole Taylor (Watermelon & Red Birds) about their cookbooks and inspirations while enjoying a recipe from their work?
