Today’s conversation is with Bonnie Slotnick, owner of Bonnie Slotnick Cookbooks in New York City. Bonnie got her start in vintage cookbooks as a book scout for Nach Waxman of Kitchen Arts & Letters (read our Q&A with Managing Partner, Matt Sartwell). In 1997, she opened her own shop focusing on out-of-print and antiquarian cookbooks.
